This position is for for experienced multi-skilled Craftsmenwho are committed to quality work and customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Work independently to safely and professionally complete home repair, maintenance and improvement projects within schedule and budget
- Organize and manage equipment and materials required to complete projects
- Work with clients and teammates to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining focus on safety
- Accurately track job progress and collect payments utilizing field service software and tablets
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:- A good overall knowledge of carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing and electrical
- Possess many of the tools needed to complete home repair, maintenance and installation projects and understand how to safely/properly utilize them
- Mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and basic mathematical and English language skills
- A strong work ethic, excellent time management, highly dependable, and self-reliant
- Able to safely do physical labor work including bending, lifting (75+ lbs), climbing ladders and handling tools
- Work in attics and other limited-space areas
- Reliable transportation
- Current valid driver's license with good driving record and ability to operate fleet vehicle in a safe manner at all times
- Pass background screening
