Job Details

Our client, a consulting firm that has two businesses that specialize in training and compliance for the low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) program, is seeking a Marketing Manager. They have a national roster of clients including state housing agencies, leading investors, syndicators, developers, and asset and property management companies.


They are seeking a Marketing Manager to help grow both businesses.


Successful candidates will be able to efficiently do the following:

  • Create postings to social media accounts using the companies' recently created logos and branding.
  • Make recommendations for additional social media and/or printed marketing campaigns for pieces of training offered.
  • Suggest and implement the design and editing process of the current training materials using InDesign.
  • Manage email campaigns through Constant Contact
  • Attend national, state, and local conferences to market both companies (travel required)


Successful candidates should have:

  • Strong Microsoft Windows application skills, including Word, and Excel and be comfortable working in a network environment.
  • Bachelor s degree in marketing preferred.
  • 3+ years of managing marketing for a company, ideally in the Low-Income Housing field or related field.
  • Experience with WooCommerce and Jetpack would be helpful.
