Qualifications:
- Machinist certificate, Associate Degree, or relevant machinist experience.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in machining, manufacturing, or equipment repair (preferred).
- Strong mechanical background and familiarity with precision measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret instruction manuals, assembly drawings, and machining drawings.
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic machine shop equipment (mill, lathe, drill press, etc).
- Willingness to travel within the US, Canada, and overseas on short notice.
- Comfort working with chemicals and cleaning solvents associated with machine repair.
- Experience with dynamic balancing equipment, lathe operation, and manual milling.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Service-minded with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
