**Sales Manager**
Redwood Falls, MN NTS Tire Supply is looking for an experienced sales manager to join our team. This is a company leadership role in which you will manage all aspects of our Sales Department. We are a growing company that wants to build on the strengths that have brought us to where we are today. Farmers across the United States view our sales team as tire experts and valuable business partners.
Yes, youll work with a fantastic team of A players who know how to work hard, have fun along the way and, most importantly, deliver meaningful results week after week. We currently have a team of 4 inside Sales Consultants, 1 Outside Sales Representative, and 2 Sales Support personnel.

- **1:1 Coaching**Drive results by continuing to develop each team member.
- **Weekly Team Meeting**Keep everyone focused on goals.
- **Develop & Manage the Sales Process & CRM Pipeline**Ensure our sales process is optimized to be clear, simple & measurable.
- **KPI Tracking & Communication**Ensure KPIs are tracked and communicated effectively to the sales team.
- **Sales & Negotiation Training**Meet GP percentage and inventory turns targets.
- **Sales Planning & Forecasting**Develop & refine sales strategy to achieve company goals.
- **Sales Campaigns & Gamification**Design quarterly sales campaigns to keep the team motivated and aligned to the company vision.
- **Provide the Best Service To Farmers**Ensure our customers have the best experience possible. Engage in a frequent, real customer feedback loop.
