Job Details

The Healthcare Assistant Project Manager assists with the overall planning, coordination, and direction of project management activities to ensure they meet owner needs, specifications, cost, and schedule, from initial project identification through construction closeout. May assist in the supervision of office/field administrative staff, project/field engineers, project/construction managers, and otherassigned staff. This position will support construction in the Healthcare sector. If necessary, the position will assist with accreditation activities, including preparation for Joint Commission and other regulatory agencies.


We are currently hiring for various positions in the Inland Empire and Santa Clara counties.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Ensure clients needs are met as projects evolve.
  • Monitor and track project progress.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as project documentation and scheduling.
  • Provide support to the Project Manager and team as needed.


Qualifications

  • Some experience in project management or relevant role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools.
  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
