**POSITION SUMMARY:**
A Home Care Staffing Coordinator is responsible for the maintenance of ongoing communication with referral and intake sources for all patients. The Home Care Staffing Coordinator shall plan for home healthcare service coverage. In this important position, The Home Care Staffing Coordinator is responsible for management of current schedule for home care workers, while striving to ensure that patient/family are satisfied and receiving excellent customer service.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Bilingual - English/Creole
* High school graduate
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Working knowledge of HHA Exchange is a plus
* Highly organized, self-motivated, positive attitude, excellent customer service skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with employee, patients and their families
