Prepares food ensuring that strict safety standards are followed.Determines food quantities and requirements needed and plans maximum utilization of ingredients, food and leftovers.Plans, pulls and preps ingredients as needed.Adheres to all food hygiene and health and safety requirements in order to meet regulatory and company standards.May order and stock inventory for the department.Resolves routine questions, issues and problems; refers more complex issues to higher levels.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.$16+ per hour depending on experienceMust be flexible to work weekendsExtra pay $1/hr for Weekends & $2/hr for Night shiftsWhat We Offer:At St. Luke s, caring for people in the communities we serve is our mission and this includes our own SLHS team.
