As a Customer Support Representative, you'll play a crucial role in crafting exceptional travel experiences for both corporate and leisure clients worldwide.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Research, create, and execute exceptional itineraries catering to client preferences.
  • Review individual needs and wants to tailor trips specifically designed to meet their requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training to earn and maintain travel certification.
  • Attend webinars with vendors and suppliers to specialize in specific destinations.
  • Act as an ambassador for our brand and collaborate with team members.
  • Provide suggested budgets for clients and plan trips within budget constraints.
  • Create promotional materials for effective marketing.
  • Stay updated on changes within the tourism industry, including travel restrictions.
  • Promptly respond to all travel inquiries and effectively manage time when researching trips.
  • Handle issues that may arise during bookings or travel for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date information within our software.
  • Network with tour operators for potential package offerings to clients.
  • Participate in Familiarization (FAM) trips when possible.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Effective communication skills with a strong sales background as a plus.
  • Smartphone with internet access required; laptop recommended but not mandatory.
  • Personal travel experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
