HR Manager - Hybrid


Job Details

The HR Manager is expected to perform the following responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the HR professionals on the team.
  • Provide comprehensive, accurate, and timely HR services to managers, supervisors, and employees.
  • Ensure that HR policies and guidelines align with the organization's strategic needs and values.
  • Forecast staffing needs and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with management and employees.
  • Collaborate with management on special projects and assignments.
  • *Note: While leading the HR team, the HR Manager is also expected to actively participate in the day-to-day tasks as a working leader.
