Job Details
The HR Manager is expected to perform the following responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the HR professionals on the team.
- Provide comprehensive, accurate, and timely HR services to managers, supervisors, and employees.
- Ensure that HR policies and guidelines align with the organization's strategic needs and values.
- Forecast staffing needs and evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with management and employees.
- Collaborate with management on special projects and assignments.
- *Note: While leading the HR team, the HR Manager is also expected to actively participate in the day-to-day tasks as a working leader.
