**Description**
**Security Officer, Security Full-time, 80 hours biweekly, Night Shift 11:30p-8:00a**
Provides a safe and secure environment for employees, patients, visitors, physicians and property, preventing thefts, assaults, injuries, and acts of vandalism, along with the control and enforcement of parking and traffic regulations.
**Requirements:**
Education - Graduation from high school or the equivalent.
Experience - Minimum six months prior experience in security preferred.
Licensure - Possession of a valid driver's license required. International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) Basic Certification preferred.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Some knowledge of Security/Law Enforcement practices, good verbal/written skills and abillity to communicate and deal effectively with staff, patients, visitors and physicians.
