Data Entry Assistant - Contract - Raleigh, NC - $15.00-$16.00/hr.

The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.

Our client is seeking a Data Entry Assistant in Raleigh, NC.

Role Description
The Data Entry Assistant enters/maintains site database with accuracy and within assigned timelines.
The Data Entry Assistant also provides clerical support for Investigator Services including faxing documents and follow up, filing and storage of documents and other duties as assigned or required.
Handling order supplies and resending of reports requests received by fax or e-mail will also be the responsibility of the Data Entry Assistant.

Skills & Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
6 months customer service, administrative, or laboratory experience required.
Equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience that provides the individual with the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Accurate data entry skills with basic to intermediate level of computer literacy.
Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Professional phone etiquette in the English language.
Skillful in typing, filing, and basic computers.
