**Your Mission**

As an Alliance Sales Representative at SADA, youll be tasked to identify, qualify, and close new Alliance Partner Program Google business opportunities through a number of partnerships. You will work closely with Alliance Partners and Google and meet with sales representatives in person and over video conference to develop territory sales strategies. You will also work with 3rd party channels to drive Google pipeline and business through a series of in-person and remote training. As part of the sales process, you will identify key decision-makers, profile accounts, assess revenue potential, and assist in closing deals.

Successful candidates will have an entrepreneurial mentality combined with an analytical and data-centric approach, and enjoy reaching out to prospects and partners to drive business.

Responsibilities:

* Align with our Alliance Partner Organization and the Google Inside Sales team to drive pipeline and closed business

* Guide opportunities through the business cycle from prospect to customer

* Work with Alliance Partner Program & Google sales to design specific territory campaigns, build awareness, educate, and drive genuine interest

* Develop programs designed to identify and qualify new business opportunities and expand SADAs footprint within existing accounts

* Communicate directly with Alliance Partners and prospects; recommend high-level solutions based on their needs; develop rapport and gather the information that will allow us to improve our relations, qualify the opportunity, and pass to account managers to close business

* Meet or exceed revenue & margin quota and performance metrics goals

* Input data in CRM and inbound marketing platform on an accurate and timely fashion on all prospects/customer contacts

* Enthusiastically participate in sales meetings and training to improve your performance, enhance your skills, and help build departmental expertise

* Reach out to prospects via phone and email, continually nurturing and following up on potential opportunities

* Increase the effectiveness of tools and communication channels by recognizing opportunities for innovation and proactively implementing new systems and processes

**Expectations**

Customer Facing - You will interact with customers on a regular basis, sometimes daily, other times weekly/bi-weekly. Common touchpoints occur when qualifying potential opportunities, at project kickoff, throughout the engagement as progress is communicated, and at project close. You can expect to interact with a range of customer stakeholders, including engineers, technical project managers, and executives.

Training - Ongoing with first-week orientation at HQ followed by a 90-day onboarding schedule. Details of the timeline can be shared. **Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all onboarding will be temporarily conducted remotely.**

**Job Requirements**

Required Credentials:

* Bachelors Degree in a related field

Required Qualifications:

* Previous experience using customer relationship management software

* Experience in having high-level conversations with C-level executives

* Understanding of cloud computing and the business benefits it provides

* The ability to present complex technology in a way non-technical people can understand

* Excellent presentation skills

* Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Useful Qualifications:

* Previous sales experience preferred

* Experience with technology preferred
