Our client is seeking an HR Recruiter who has a strong background in human resources, experience in candidate evaluation, and knowledge of labor laws. The qualified candidate must possess excellent communication and team management skills, make effective decisions, and have familiarity with recruiting tools.
Responsibilities
Designs and manages the full lifecycle of facility hires
Experience with in-person and remote interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
Ensure compliance with labor legislation, track recruiting metrics, and implement sourcing methods to attract qualified candidates.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience in the same or a similar role
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR databases
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to manage a team
Strong decision-making and organizational skills
