Falcon America is a dynamic and growing International Freight Forwarder and Customs Broker that is looking to expand their team of creative self-starters to support our growth.
Pay: $60,000 - $75,000 Annually
Job Description: The Export Lead plays a pivotal role in overseeing the export department's activities to achieve our set objectives.
This position demands results: - Driven leadership, comprehensive business acumen, and proactive problem-solving skills to ensure seamless operations.
- The Export Lead is committed to providing clients with top-notch service, adeptly managing documentation, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating export logistics with precision.
Job Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in air export operations, preferably in a non-Gateway setting
- Willingness to expand skills and cross-train in ocean exports or air and ocean imports
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Creative problem-solving to complex logistics challenges
- Residency in the Chicago / ORD area
