Job Summary
B&A is looking for a

Procurement Specialist

to join our headquarters team supporting the Contracts department.
Responsibilities
Contracts:

Responsible for the maintenance and updating of contract databases and files, including set up, inputting required information, and organization.
Draft various contracts and related documents.
Monitor contracts to include administering, extending, modifying and preparation of required documentation in coordination with Director of Contracts.
Respond to government personnel, subcontractors/contractors, and other business relations on contracts and other matters.
Obtain necessary information for preparing and submitting required reports to government and others.
Perform such other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Minimum 1-2 years experience in Government Contracting purchasing/procurement
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient with MS Office applications.
Experience in Government Contracting is required.
Experience with Unanet software is preferred.
