**Job Responsibilities**
Pennoni Associates is currently seeking a Project Manager Transportation/Water Resources Engineer with experience consistent, but not limited to:
* Lead and manage projects for DelDOT, local governments and other DOTs/ agencies in the Mid-Atlantic Region.
* Manage client relationships with Public and Private Clients, including contractors.
* Provide guidance and mentoring to engineers and technical staff and coordinating project design and development tasks with survey, highway traffic, water resources, environmental and structures staff on transportation improvement projects.

**Required Attributes**
* Experience providing guidance and mentoring to engineers and technical staff
* Project Management Experience for DelDOT
* Hydrology and Hydraulic (H&H) design experience
* Drainage design, SWM and ES&C design experience.
* Utility Design, water and sanitary sewer utility layout and lighting design
* Developing Maintenance of Traffic schemes, Construction Phasing and Traffic Control Plans
* Essential Software Tools: Microstation, Microsoft Office
* Required education: Bachelor's Degree.
* Minimum years of work experience: 8-12.
* Licenses required:PE

* Excellent Communication Skills both oral and written.
* Experience with developing task order proposals, project scopes of work and fee estimates
