Job Description:

As a Payroll Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be key in this role, where you will be responsible for various payroll-related tasks.

Responsibilities of the Payroll Clerk:

  1. Payroll Processing: The Payroll Clerk is responsible for accurately processing employee pay, including calculation of hours, overtime, and deductions.

  2. Data Entry: Ensure timely and accurate data entry of employee information into our payroll system.

  3. Employee Inquiries: Assist employees with payroll-related inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

  4. Payroll Reconciliation: Conduct periodic payroll reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications of the Payroll Clerk:

  • Previous experience as a Payroll Clerk or in a similar role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
