Kyni has an immediate need for an exceptional **French Speaking** Customer Service Representative to assist our inbound call center. This could be a **full-time** or **part-time** position and may be eligible as a **remote** position for the right fluent French-speaking candidate.
**Responsibilities:**
* Answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner;
* Analyze customer and business partner situations to provide the best solution;
* Offering recommendations for additional products that suit a caller's needs;
* Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics, while providing correct information;
* Providing excellent and consistent customer service.
**Qualifications:**
* Fluent in French and English languages
* Exceptional customer service skills
* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Chat
* Active listening skills
* Friendly and pleasant manner
The position starts at **$13.00/hour plus a $2 language differential.** Additional performance-based increases are available at 3months, 6 months, and 9 months of employment. Advancement opportunities may also be available based on performance, knowledge, and education.
