We are looking for passionate, positive, energetic, and motivated dance instructors to grow our teaching family! We are currently seeking dance teachers/choreographers to join the Bella Ballet and Empower by Bella Ballet team. The position involves teaching classes in a variety of styles of dance including Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, Musical Theatre, Acro, and/or Contemporary, and we offer classes for ages 2 through adult.

Responsibilities Ability to teach various dance styles
Ability to teach various levels of dancers from beginner to advanced ages 2 through adult
Ensure classes run smoothly
Provide helpful and constructive feedback to students
Ability to communicate with a diverse group of teachers, students, and families
Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals
Evaluate student progress and make recommendations for improvement
Choreograph creative and age-appropriate routines
Provide a fun and creative environment
Keep up to date in your discipline and implement any changes to the curriculum as needed
Light cleaning in between classes
If hired, candidates are required to sign an NDA and Non-Compete Agreement
Qualifications Over 3 years of teaching experience
Strong Background in various dance styles
Bachelor's Degree
Excellent communication skills
Energetic, driven, creative, dependable
Demonstrate patience and leadership skills
