Responsibilities Create content for internet marketing - We will train you Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution Supervise administrative staff, paralegals, and law clerks Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs Prepare various legal documents, such as motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence Qualifications Work independently while handling a heavy caseload Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs is needed Communication, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and public speaking skills required Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in a law firm environment Well-versed in legal research software (Westlaw/Lexis)
