Experience and Qualifications - BArch (5-year program) or MArch (6-year program) from an accredited college or university
- 2+ years of related architectural design experience (including internship, co-op or professional experience)
- Proficient with relevant software such as Revit and AutoCAD
- Enrollment in the AIA Architectural Experience Program/Intern Development Program is preferred
- Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
- Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally

Additional Information Many factors are considered when determining compensation at Pond, including scope and level of position, geographic location, candidate skill, knowledge and experience. Starting base pay may vary depending on these factors. We anticipate filling this position as a Architect II with a salary range of $57,900.00 - $133,900.00 .
