This position is responsible for a variety of front desk and concierge duties, including but not limited to:
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures
* Open/Close the building at the beginning or end of each shift
* Sign for and stock incoming deliveries to the appropriate location
* Establish and maintain good relations with owners, guests, vendors, and co-workers
* Working effectively and collaborating with fellow concierge team, and communicating diligently with housekeeping, engineering, public areas, and management team
* Working efficiently and effectively with our third-party affiliations, Ski Butlers/USA Parking/Ritz Carlton Destination Club/Ritz Carlton Hotel
* Reserve activities, dining, lessons, transportation, activities, etc. for all owners and guests
* Email correspondence interdepartmentally as well as with owners, guests, and vendors
* Check guests in and out
* Answer phones
* Adhere to all policies and procedures
* May provide clerical support to various departments
* Appropriately and accurately completes assigned tasks and check lists
* Respond to the needs of owners, guests and visitors by providing immediate assistance
* Greet all guests
Job requirements:
* Flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends and holidays and hours vary based on occupancy
* Reliable transportation
* Knowledgeable with Northstar California Resort and the Reno/Tahoe area
* Knowledgeable with computers
* Ability to communicate effectively, verbal and written skills
