**Order Fulfillment Representative**
at ROOM New York City **About the role:**
ROOM is looking for a customer focused, detail-oriented Fulfillment and Order Manager. The Order Fulfillment Representative is responsible for the order approval/rejection process, as well as backlog management for all North American orders.

**What you'll do**:
* Manage all backlog with 3PL to ensure estimated ship date accuracy.
* 100% on time shipment accuracy to original estimated ship date to actual ship date.
* Manage all order in ERP for accuracy as translated from the CRM system. Approve and Reject in a timely fashion per SLA.
* Customer first mindset: Respond to all customer inquiries (internal and external customers) promptly and professionally.
* Data accuracy: Ensure all data inputted to ERP is accurate and up to date.
* Partner with cross functional peers in logistics, sales and finance to ensure the best end to end customer experience.
**Who you are**:
* BA or BS preferred
* 7+ years work experience in broad range of Order Management, Fulfillment or Planning disciplines
* Excellent communication and people skills, with ability to work across departments brining clarity to ambiguous situations
* Detail oriented with excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
* Good verbal communication and collaboration skills
* Knowledge of ERP systems (Netsuite preferred), CRM systems (SFDC preferred), PDM experience, MS Office (Excel) a plus
* Sense of humor!
