Black Hills Psychology is seeking licensed part-time and full-time independent contractors (LMFT, LCSW-PIP, PsyD, PhD, LPC-MH and Psychiatrists/MHNP/APRN/CNS) to join our growing group practice in Spearfish. Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques
- Assess and diagnosis mental health conditions in patients
- Develop and implement treatment plans and interventions based on client needs
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients
- Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records of client sessions and progress
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in mental health counseling
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients in urgent situations
- Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and strategies for coping
- Participate in regular supervision and consultation with other mental health professionals
Requirements
Salary: $120,000.00 per year
