**Position Overview:** To blend and package the industrys finest coffee through excellent performance, attendance, and attitude; while prioritizing safety, quality, and throughput in order to serve all of Caribous retail and wholesale customers. **DOING What you deliver:**
* Assists in packaging coffee as production schedules demand.
* Palletizes coffee as production schedules demand.
* Performs cleaning and sanitation according to respective schedules and in accordance with established Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs and SSOPs).
* Brings any issues pertinent to production directly to Production Technician, Team Lead, Production Roastery Supervisor, or Coffee Production Manager.
* Communicates any issues concerning equipment problems to Production Technician, Team Lead, or Supervisory personnel and/or Engineering Department.
* Maintains sanitation and safety/shutdown documentation to ensure clean and safe operations.
* Executes necessary quality assurance procedures on the floor.
* Communicates any quality or contamination concerns to Production Technician, Team Leads, or Supervisory personnel.
* Adheres to all established Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) standards.
* Maintains all maintenance & sanitation programs as directed by Production Technicians, Team Leads or Supervisory personnel.
* Performs all maintenance and sanitation actions as listed on maintenance & sanitation programs.
* Alerts Production Technician, Team Leads or Supervisory personnel to any safety & facility/equipment concerns in blending, packaging, and green coffee warehousing.
* Maintains established standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
* Understands and complies with all Food Safety and related programs, such as but not limited to GMP's, Standard Sanitation Operating Procedures (SSOPs), and Adverse Health Policy.
* Other duties as assigned.

**Education/Training/Experience:**
Required:
* High school diploma or GED.
* At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/production setting and/or a fast-paced environment.
* Clear written and verbal communications.
* Good time management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to maintain confidential information.
* Adhere to company policies, programs, and work rules.
* Perform work in a timely and professional manner.
* Highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven.
* Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
* Able to take direction and follow through multi-step project steps/procedures consistently.
* Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast paced work environment.
Preferred:
* At least 1 year of coffee industry experience is strongly desired.
* Basic manufacturing equipment familiarity and setup desired.
