**Order Fulfillment Specialist**
CGLT, 6139 Edith Blvd NE #B, Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States of America Req #2383 Tuesday, February 22, 2022 Job Summary: Ensures that all invoicing is done timely and accurately.
Primary Responsibilities of the Job: Other customer critical tasks assigned as needed
Performs customer invoicing accurately and on time every month for each customer
Creates documented billing processes
Follows Job Break Downs (JBDs) or written billing instructions exactly
Coordinates billing tool updates
Prepares invoicing worksheets
Compares invoices with historical data to identify any potential errors or anomalies
Escalates any questions or areas that do not look correct
Prepares month-end reconcilliations
Troubleshoots customer billing questions or potential discrepancies
Refers all questions about contract pricing to the appropriate sales representative or in the reps absence to the Director of Sales and Marketing
Trains backup [or 2-in-a-box] to perform all billing functions for their assigned customers
Other duties as assigned
