Experience Required:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Previous background should include experience in electronic assembly or formal schooling
Possess hand soldering skills
Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
Ability to read and write in the English language
Solid oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information
Perform assignments by established deadlines and manage time effectively
Ability to work independently or with other members of the manufacturing team
Job Duties:
Building of all electronic assemblies according to specification listed in drawings, instructions, and IPC 610
Ensure documented procedures are followed and updated
Comply with WAGO Corporation and OSHA safety policies
Perform all procedures set by ISO9001:2015 pertaining to Electronic Assembly
Must be able to lift 40 lbs
Once trained
o Operate the wave solder and surface mount machines
o Perform testing of electronic assemblies as required by assigned workstation
o Perform In-process and final inspection of products built within the electronic assembly area
o Assist in training of any new or temporary employees in the procedures of electronic assembly
