Software Development Leader / Manager
One of San Fran's top Investment Management firms is hiring for a Development Leader within their Investment Operations Tech team. This person will play a key role in leading and owning all of the systems in the middle office, will partner with the business leaders directly, and will manage a team of software engineers.
They are in the midst of a technical transformation and this person will help drive them to modern SaaS, Cloud and Data offerings. They will be involved in driving the roadmap, rearchitecting systems, owning the full SDLC, and leading a high performing team of engineers to deliver on a multi-year roadmap.
Requirements:
-10+ years of experience in the software space
-3+ years managing a team of engineers
-Software experience with .NET/C# or Python
-Data experience with RDBMS (Oracle or SQL Server) and more modern technologies (preferably Snowflake)
-Cloud experience with Azure or AWS
-Strong understanding of data modeling and design
-Strong understanding of cloud architecture and development processes
-Experience or an interest in the financial services industry
