**Warehouse Lead -1st shift (Nile Pack/Ship)**

at Crocs OH - Dayton The OHDC is a state-of-the-art distribution center with cutting edge equipment designed to provide fast and efficient movement of stock.

As a Warehouse lead, you will execute goals by communicating clearly and effectively with leadership and associates to ensure constant order flow.

***This is a first shift position, Monday - Thursday, 6am - 430pm, supporting our E-Commerce building.***

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Lead daily start up meetings to communicate daily goals and special announcements

* Use WIP (Work in Progress) Report to analyze areas of improvement and ensure associates are on track to meet goals

* Learn and master SOPs in various departments

* Run and monitor reports from Warehouse Management System, communicating results to team

* Manage customer requirements

* Conduct Associate coaching and observations to monitor utilization, pace and methods

* At end of shift, ensure the area is ready for the next shift, and associates have returned all equipment to be charged or readied for next shift

Qualifications:

* 4+ years warehouse experience, with proficiency in each department

* Broad distribution experience, with preference for experience in an automated distribution setting

* Experience providing directions/coaching to associates

* Experience monitoring/measuring work thru WMS/labor management

* Proven ability to oversee multiple groups of Associates while focusing on performance and quality metrics
