Trillium Construction is seeking Warehouse Workers for a temp-to-hire position at a Heavy Industrial Structural Steel Fab Shop in Chattanooga, TN.
Candidates must be willing to do any task that is asked of them. They will be stamping material with identified marks, grinding all types of material and getting items ready to ship. Getting items ready to ship includes banding and wrapping of pallets, loading trucks and counting material. Candidates must be willing/able to lift and move material all day. They must be willing to learn and have a good attitude. Long hours are required and will be mandated, so the candidate should expect to work at least 55 hours per week.
Pay is approximately $20-$22/hr depending on experience. Schedule is Monday-Friday with optional Saturdays, working anywhere from 50-70 hours per week depending on work load.
