Job Description: Warehouse Personnel are responsible for the receiving, storing and distribution of all materials and products within the warehouse.
Essential Functions: - Receive incoming product by unloading trucks/containers
- Check all received products for damages, shortages/overages, and/or other discrepancies
- Notifies managers of any quality or quantity issues
- Sorts and restocks items on racks, shelves or pallets
- Reads customer orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped
- Stage and package finished orders for loading
- Load orders into delivery trucks/vans
- Assist in the counting of physical inventory
- Operate forklift and/or pallet jack
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet and work stations neat and clean (sweep, dust and mop)
Skills: - Communicate effectively with others
- Standard English grammar and usage
- Basic math skills
- Time management
- Attention to detail
- Experience with Warehouse equipment including forklift and pallet jack is helpful
Education: - High school diploma or equivalent experience
Schedule: - Flexible schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8 hour shift
