We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dairy Manager at our Tinton Falls, NJ Uncle Giuseppe's Store! This FT Dairy Manager will service our customers all while following our company operating procedures. Responsibilities include department assessment, customer service, and associate training. Requirements include a HS Diploma or equivalent, at least 3 years of experience working as a Dairy Manager in a fast-paced retail environment, excellent management and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess freezer and cooler conditions to ensure proper operations
- Ensure proper placement of inventory, rotation, and cleanliness
- Develop strategies to improve department functions
- Train staff members in job responsibilities, product knowledge, and customer service
- Communicate customer service issues with staff and develop solutions
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Teach department standards, policies, and seasonal sales handling
- Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful way
- Work all assigned schedules
- Maintain great communication skills
