**Inventory Specialist**

* Ability to work independently.
* Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal.
* Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements.
* Strong computer skills with great attention to detail.
* Actively support team efforts and effectively communicate with team members and management team across multiple facilities.
* Remain flexible to work overtime when necessary.
* 2-4 years of prior inventory management or similar experience.
* Basic computer skills (e.g., computers, printers, email).
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft office.
* Knowledge of warehouse operating procedures and protocol.
* Prior experience with an Order Management System.
* Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or other inventory handling environment.
* Forklift Certification (preferred)
* Knowledge and ability to operate inventory control and related computer software.
