**Concrete Flatwork Laborer**
**2310 - Silver Spring, MD - Full Time**
The Bartley Corporation has an immediate opening for a Concrete Flatwork Laborer
Responsibilities:
* Adhere to Bartley "Safety Always" program
* Participate in Daily Huddles
* Assist Foreman / Leadman
* Prepare subgrade
* Set edge forms
* Install drainage layer
* Install slab assembly (poly, wire, rebar, etc)
* Place and consolidate concrete
* Assist with surface straightening/leveling
* Assist with hand floating and troweling
* Saw control joints
* Apply curing compound
* Remove forms and install safety measures
* Clean and organize jobsite and tools
Helpful Skills:
* Knowledge of both English & Spanish language skills.
