**Job Summary:**

Under the direction of the Manager/Supervisor/Lead Person, the general warehouse material coordinator performs a wide variety of stocking and packing duties. Also, responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced.

**Responsibilities:**

* Drives the company truck to shuttle materials between both facilities, as well as makes deliveries to local locations as necessary.

* Coordinates all outgoing shipments, both finished Goods and returned goods.

* Receives and documents all incoming shipments for Aquestive.

* Assists with receiving all incoming shipments in the Great Plains system.

* Stages all raw materials and packaging supplies needed for production in a timely manner.

* Assists when needed with all inventory lot cards.

* Maintains an adequate inventory stock level for all production related sundry supplies.

* Works with production to ensure that both production facilities have adequate stock of sundry supplies.

* Ensures warehouse is maintained according to cGMP standards.

* Maintains an organized warehouse.

* Keeps all records organized and filed according to SOP standards.

* Aids in Great Plains implementation.

* Periodically reviews and revises, if necessary, all warehousing SOPs to ensure compliance.

**Qualifications:**

* Minimum 2-year college degree or 5 years of equivalent experience.

* Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.

* Valid drivers license.

* Proficient at MS Word and MS Excel.

* Strong math skills.

* Proactive individual.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

* Proficiency with a variety of ERP/Great Plains software applications.

* Strong leadership skills.

* Forklift certified.
