Compensation begins at $23 per hour and increases based on how efficiently and accurately you can work your shift. Order Selectors earn $23 during the training period and average $25 - $30 per hour once on full commission. **RDP** is hiring Order Selectors at our **Hilliard, Ohio** warehouse facility. Enjoy a fast-paced cooperative team environment in different temperature climates, including cooler, freezer and dry areas. Utilizing cutting-edge technology, you will select customer orders and build pallets for delivery to our customers.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN WAREHOUSE ORDER SELECTOR** The position is 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday starting at 7pm. You are responsible for filling customer orders in a safe, productive, and accurate manner. Products are hand-selected and strategically placed on pallets that are eventually loaded onto our fleet of trucks (not a pick and pack process).
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Must have the ability to utilize RF scanners for loading and closing when completed.
* Must be able to work in temperature-controlled environment
* Pallet jack experience is required, and stand-up forklift experience is a plus
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds infrequently
* The successful candidate must demonstrate time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to organize multiple priorities.
