Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
State licensure in South Carolina, Florida, Michigan, Louisiana, or Texas. (Any of these, not all)
Strong knowledge of mortgage products and industry regulations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
Originate, evaluate, and close mortgage loans.
