**Description**
* Reviews EOBs to determine if the EOB is a duplicate or should be posted to the patients account
* Answer phone messages within 2 business days
* Handle insurance payers phone calls
* Handle patient phone calls
* Handle patient walk ins
* Post credit card payments to the patients accounts
* Scan correspondence from the lock box and daily mail to the patients account.
* Print medical records from Cerner for specific payers and forward to the billers for processing
* Enter detailed notes in the Patient Accounting system
