Our team serves as a liaison to provide sales, service information and confirmation, schedule appointment installations, business retention, and resolve problems that our customers might face. We ensure every customer receives superior service and satisfaction by meeting their needs through great customer service.
**Responsibilities**
The Customer Service Associate ensures every customer receives superior service by answering incoming customer service calls, promptly address and resolve customer complaints, and conduct daily customer satisfaction surveys. These surveys are conducted after an installation has been completed and the results are tracked. The Customer Service Associate also communicates with Installers, Sales Managers, and Order Entry to resolve customer issues in a timely manner. **We are looking for Customer Service Associates who are willing to**Work From Home**and have**High Speed Internet**at home. Empire Today will provide the necessary equipment****.**
**Qualifications**
The successful candidate will possess:
* High School Diploma/GED.
* 1 year of Customer Service experience.
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
* Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
* High Speed Internet is a must to accommodate working remote.
