FDH Aero is looking for a Warehouse Associate I who will be responsible will be responsible for receiving, storing, packaging and distributing aircraft parts and ground support equipment (GSE), while performing packaging, lot receiving and cycle count job functions safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Responsibilities:Inspect and identify aircraft parts and receive them into computer software applicationsLoad/unload inventory onto shipping containers and flatbed trucksRead customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be pulled from inventoryPackage parts to ship to customers using specific packaging methods to ensure that the parts are fully protected and compliant to customer specificationsMaintain inventory controls by documenting part traceability and storing pictures using the company s network drive and applicationsPull parts from specific locations within the warehouse and stage them in areas for preparation of shipmentsMark materials with identifying information using appropriate methodValidate and record amounts of materials or items received, distributed or cycle counted via appropriate computer programWeigh, count and inspect items to ensure conformance to established standardsAssist in counting, tarping and movement of physical inventoryComplete requisition forms to order supplies from other departmentsContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededMaintain quality service by following organization standardsOther duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:A high school diploma or GED preferred0-1 year experience in warehouse rolesRegular and predictable attendance requiredBasic ComputerData EntryEffective communication, teamwork, coordination, planning, prioritizing, time management, inventory control, record keeping, equipment maintenance, and reliabilityKeen attention to detail

Special Requirements:U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or

asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.ITAR Requirement120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations ( ITAR ) and/or the Export Administration Regulations ( EAR ). In order to comply with the requirements of the ITAR and/or the EAR, applicants will be asked to provide specific documentation to verify U.S. person status under the ITAR and the EAR.
