As an Operations Supervisor for McKesson Distribution, you will use your leadership skills to drive a culture of excellence through execution of daily operational plans and strategies. ****Position Requirements****
* Bachelors Degree an asset; Business/ Operations Management, Supply chain management or related field
* Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role; experience leading teams members
* Capitalize on peoples abilities right people in right roles with the right responsibility
* Take the time to mentor and develop staff, demonstrating the commitment to helping people succeed
* Give honest feedback and respectfully challenge others
* Make difficult (sometimes unpopular) decisions when required
