Shift Leader Job Duties and Requirements
You're in charge of ensuring accurate and timely order completion, high food quality, excellent customer service, thorough shift task checklist completion, and solid and well-assigned staffing at the shift level. You will also help with training new staff and implementing any new programs, policies, or products introduced by the leadership team. There are staff and team meetings, and you are expected to attend.

Requirements of the job...
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods.
- Be able to bend, crouch, and lift to 20-50 lbs.
- Be able to use ovens, pizza cutters, and other equipment of the business.
- English language proficiency is required for this position.

Shift Leader Scheduling Opening shifts typically start 1-2 hours before opening time, and closing shifts typically wrap up 1-2 hours after closing time. Most employees work a mix of shifts (open, mids, dinner, closing). Availability for at least 1 weekend shift and 1 late night shift is required.
Broadway current hours: Sunday-Thursday 11am-11pm, Friday-Saturday 11am-1:45am
Part-time (anything less than 30 hours a week) or full-time (30-40 hours a week) hours are available. Work-life balance is important to us, so our flexible scheduling allows you to work around your other commitments.
Shift Leader Wages and Benefits - $20.50/hour, paid biweekly.
