Candidates will be expected to effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the customer organization.Key responsibilities:Provide operational and technical guidance for ongoing cases, ensuring any technical CI issues are identified to protect the customer mission. Responsibilities include obtaining, accessing, and analyzing data from hard drives, emails, smartphones, and tablets.You will contribute and collaborate in a team environment, receiving inputs from the program or team experts, and work on diverse projects, determining and developing approaches and solutionsSkills, Experience and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher with major in Computer Science/Engineering, Science, or related field or at least Five (5) years of experience working in a relevant fieldAn in-depth understanding of computer forensic and cyber security principles including intrusion response and network monitoringStrong investigative skills and knowledge in performing analysis on large scale data sets to find elements of interest, including computing and mobile devices, network activity, and individuals.Demonstrated experience with both Windows and Linux operating systemsResearch new trends, techniques, and packaging of malicious software to stay current and ready to identify and handle zero-day exploits.Experience with the identification, development and oversight of appropriate Cybersecurity policy, processes, and procedures.Knowledge of Information Assurance, Risk Assessment, and Security practicesExperience with implementing blended tasks and working on a multi-discipline teamMust be able to work collaboratively with other team members, technical/functional staff, and customers across multiple offices and departmentStrong oral and written Communication skillDesired Skills:Master's Degree in relevant field (engineering, computer sciences, or computer forensics)Knowledge of mobile technologies and cellular networks (cellular, wi-fi, Bluetooth, etc)Ability to create automated visuals in open source (Gephi, GraphViz, NodeXL, Cytoscape)Experience creating and automating technical solutions to manipulate large datasetsExperience in using scripting language, such as Python.Experience with statistical and data analysis and commercial data analysis software packagesExperience in Software requirements developmentEducation:Bachelor's degree or higher with major in Computer Science/Engineering, Science, or related field or at least Five (5) years of experience working in a relevant fieldEmployee Referral Award Eligibility: Only employees currently within RMD and RI&S have the potential to receive a Referral Award for submitting a referral to RMD and RI&S roles.
