We are looking for an enthusiastic Receiving Lead to join the Team at the Fulfillment Centre in Brandon, Manitoba.
* overseeing receiving and warehouse processes to ensure work meets quality standards and is performed according to established procedures; provide coaching to Receiving Associates
* overseeing the receipt of inbound shipments and products; verifying counts and quality, processing paperwork
* inspecting freight upon arrival
* safely moving products to assigned locations using lift trucks, pallet jaks and other equipment to
* performing routine inventory counts
* ensuring SKU are BIN located, labelled and accessible
* identifying and restocking/replenishing low SKU products
* contributing to improvement of quality and throughput of the receiving processes
* performing warehouse duties using tools
* professional and courteous
* enthusiastic and personable team player
* organized and strategic
* self-motivated and driven
* Secondary School Diploma
* knowledge of warehousing and inventory procedures
* three (3) experience in shipment and product receipt
* experience with Microsoft 365 Office/Outlook Suite and Oracle NetSuite software is an asset
* ability to safely lift objects of moderate weight (50 pounds)
* ability to stand, walk, lift, push, pull, kneel and crouch
* strong interpersonal skills

* a proven commitment to quality of work
* an ability to self-motivate and be team-centric
* ability to prioritize and manage workload across multiple simultaneous tasks, in a fast-paced work environment, while ensuring delivery of high-quality work and meeting timelines
