And primarily responsible for performing tasks involved in the direct labor of production, storage, and distribution of materials/product.Pay is $16.00 per hourOvertime after 40 hours a weekDouble time on Sunday after 40 hours a weekShift Differential for 2nd Shift $.75 per hourEssential FunctionsPerform quality control of finished product by ensuring work instructions are being followedAssist in the packaging of goodsHand stack material coming off the press machine.Maintain a safe, clean, organized work area throughout the facility by cleaning up debrisContinuous use of hand tools such banders and crimpersOther duties as assignedBenefitsThe Company provides a comprehensive health plan. When on the plant floor the required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) must be appropriately worn.Physical DemandsThe employee is often required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds, with assistance. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. In addition to the previously mentioned physical demands, hearing is also an important part of this job.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
