Senior Property Accountant - Well Known Real Estate Developer

Overview of the Senior Property Accountant role:

• Assist with cash management, liquidity forecasts and prepare monthly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts
• Assist with delinquent tenant accounts
• Assist with monthly close
• Assist with preparing lender/owner financial statements
• Provide property management support

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Property Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related degree
• MRI preferred
• 3+ years' accounting experience with an emphasis on commercial real estate
• Understanding of GAAP Accounting
