Job Details
Essential duties and Responsibilities:
- On the field training with retail merchandisers throughout the supply chain
- Analyze internal product transfer process and assist with day to day functions
- Analyze processes, recommend improvements, and work with the team to implement changes
- Generate accurate purchase orders / variance purchase orders and distribute them within standard time frames
- Manage replenishment stocks within the supply chain
- Participate with purchasing associates in negotiating prices, terms and rebates with suppliers.
- Assist in obtaining POD'S and BOL's from the plants to assist export team
- Coordinate and negotiate freight for plant pickups with 3rd party logistics

Qualifications and Requirements:- Experience with business process analysis and documentation
- Great organizational skills, attention to detail and follow thru
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office experience; intermediate in Excel
- Bilingual candidates are desired but not required (English and Spanish)
