**Order Fulfillment Specialist**
**Location:** Winona Facility
**Shift/Hours:** Standard hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday. Flexible hours due to fluctuating order volumes and late arrival by freight carriers may be required.

**The Team and Role:**
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our company as an Order Fulfillment Specialist. As part of our fulfillment team, you manage inventory, receive, perform kitting tasks and fulfill orders in an efficient manner. This is a fast-paced and occasionally physical position, meaning you must be able to stand, crouch, and lift objects and parcels throughout your shift. Our ideal candidate has prior experience with order fulfillment software and strong data entry and customer service skills.
Position Type: Full-Time Winona, MN Salary Range: $14.00 $15.00 Hourly Job Shift: 1st Shift Job Category: Inventory/Receiving/Shipping Company & Position Summary Responsibilities & Qualifications **You will spend your time:**
* Other duties as assigned
* Performing cycle counts and notifying appropriate team members of potential issues
* Operating both sit down and stand up forklifts to move material
* Physically pulling and putting away inventory
* Inventory responsibilities which may include:
* Receive, package, transact, ship and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner
* Assist in the loading andat timesunloading of freight carrier trailers
* Track orders via delivery software
* Answer phone calls from other departments requesting assistance, freight carrier drivers and in some instances, customers
* Label, package, tape, stretch wrap and band palletscratesoxes, etc. and building kits (as requested)
* Performing data entry into various business systems and databases
**We are excited about you if you have:**
* Forklift experience preferred, both sit down and reach truck (stand-up) trained or the willingness to learn
* Ability to use email and other Microsoft Office applications
* Attention to detail
* Computer proficiency
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to lift 40 pounds
* The physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday
* Prior experience with fulfillment software preferred
* A high school diploma or GED certificate
