Role: HR Manager; Compensation and Benefits

Location: Washington, DC; Hybrid Remote Work Schedule

Pay Rate: $40-45/Hour

Our client is seeking a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join as an essential member of their team.

Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that employee records and payroll entries are accurate and kept up to date, that reports are prepared in a timely manner, and that sensitive employee data is adequately protected.
Prepare compensation change letters for employees.
Administer the benefits program for US staff; oversee enrollments, changes, etc. and assist employees as needed with changes to their benefit records or selections.
Conduct U.S. new employee orientation to explain the Company benefits program to new hires.
Ensure that employee salaries and deductions are properly shared with Company payroll.

Requirements:
Experience in - 10 Years of Benefits and Compensation Experience

o 2 Years of Managerial Experience
Proficient in - Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS
Soft Skills - Energetic, Polished, Kind, Professional, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Education - Bachelors Degree Required, Masters Degree Preferred
