CFS has partnered with a client who is considered to be a Pittsburgh staple.
Our client is in need of a Wage Garnishment Specialist to handle garnishments & provide support for the payroll department.
They foster a family culture in a relaxed atmosphere. Most of their employees have been there 10+ years!

OVERVIEW OF THE WAGE GARNISHMENT SPECIALIST ROLE:

Process and manage all aspects of wage garnishment orders efficiently and accurately.
Communicate with clients, employers, and legal entities regarding wage garnishment inquiries and resolutions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state wage garnishment laws and regulations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of wage garnishment processes.
Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for wage garnishment procedures.
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR WAGE GARNISHMENT SPECIALIST:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in wage garnishment administration or related financial services role is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of wage garnishment laws and regulations.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related software applications.
